Watashi no taijū wa fueru bakarida.
My weight increases steadily.
彼女の会社の売り上げは落ちるばかりだ。
Kanojo no kaisha no uriage wa ochiru bakarida.
The sales of her company are just falling.
運動をしていないので、体力は落ちるばかりだ 。
Undō o shite inainode, tairyoku wa ochiru bakarida.
Because I am not exercising, my physical strength is just falling.
あの二人の関係は悪くなるばかりだ。
Ano futari no kankei wa waruku naru bakarida.
Their relationship is just getting worse.
